  • Koala Huggy went wanting. Wallabies and kangaroos are covered in loose. Given by hand or food around, helpful all the time. Wombat and the quota was in the back and couldn't see at all.

  • You can hold a koala here which i think is the main attraction as the rest of it is really quite small, with not masses to see. Having said that holding a koala was amazing and not something to pass on. The staff are lovely and all the wildlife is well looked after and appear very content. Worth a visit if you are in kuranda.
  • Absolutely a must for travellers. Not too expensive and abundance to see. Great pastime if you have kids. You can get up close and personal with some of the local critters.
  • They have quite a few koalas and a number of kangaroos. The animals seem well looked after and very tame. Good place for kids and adults alike.
  • One of my favourite places to spend a couple of hours. Great food and drinks from multiple stalls. Incredibly friendly stall holders and a wide selection of products to peruse.
  • Admission fee is reasonable, especially when done as a combo with the bird and butterfly parks nearby. Biggest highlight is opportunity to cuddle a koala and get your photo taken. Koala interaction costs a bit (about $20/person) on top of the admission, but is well worth it. You get a nice quality photo print, and the staff will also allow you to use your phone or camera to take a few extra shots. Husband and I both paid for the interaction, so they took individual shots for our included prints, and then used my cell so we could have a few together. Keepers were very friendly and knowledgeable about the animals.
