George Town is a large town in north-east Tasmania, on the eastern bank of the mouth of the Tamar River. On the 24th (Tue), take an in-depth tour of Beaconsfield Mine & Heritage Centre, look for gifts at Goaty Hill Wines, learn about winemaking at Holm Oak Vineyards, then do a tasting at Wines for Joanie, and finally see the interesting displays at House of Anvers Museum of Chocolate.
