A relaxed town of tree-shaded streets and scenic coastal stretches, Broome gained renown as a center of the pearling industry in the late 19th century.
Kick off your visit on the 27th (Wed): enjoy the sand and surf at Broome Town Beach and then pause for some serene contemplation at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cathedral. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: see the interesting displays at SSJG Heritage Centre, then kick back and relax at Cable Beach, then tour the pleasant surroundings at Roebuck Bay, and finally stop by Boulevard Shopping Centre.

Albany

Albany ©
Founded as a military outpost in 1826, Albany is the oldest town in Western Australia, just barely gaining this title by being settled two years earlier than Fremantle and Perth.
Get in touch with nature at Greens Pool and Middleton Beach. Relax by the water at Little Beach and Anvil Beach. Change things up with a short trip to Dark Side Chocolates in Denmark (about 40 minutes away). There's lots more to do: explore the striking landscape at The Gap and Natural Bridge, pause for some photo ops at Desert Mounted Corps Memorial, kick back and relax at Emu Point, and admire all the interesting features of Replica of the Brig Amity.

You can fly from Broome to Albany in 5.5 hours. Other options are to do a combination of flight, train, and bus; or drive. Traveling from Broome in June, you will find days in Albany are cooler (20°C), and nights are slightly colder (8°C). Exmouth

Exmouth is a town on the tip of the North West Cape in Western Australia. Start off your visit on the 3rd (Tue): get a new perspective on things with Boat Tours & Water Sports and then head off the coast to Muiron Islands. Keep things going the next day: kick back and relax at Osprey Bay and then see some colorful creatures with Turquoise Bay.

Getting from Albany to Exmouth by flight takes about 7 hours. Other options: do a combination of flight and car; or drive. On the 7th (Sat), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can travel back home.
