Queensland’s biggest town and state capital, Brisbane has an attractive, manicured image based around its riverside aesthetic as well as the contrast between its high-rise center and extensive urban greenery.
Relax by the water at Dicky Beach and Moffat Beach. Get outdoors at Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary and The Brisbane River. Go for a jaunt from Brisbane to Biggera Waters to see Harbour Town Outlet Shopping Centre about 1h 30 min away. There's still lots to do: get great views at Mount Coot-tha Lookout, take in the views from Victoria Bridge Abutment, and take a memorable drive along Captain Cook Highway.
