Founded as a military outpost in 1826, Albany is the oldest town in Western Australia, just barely gaining this title by being settled two years earlier than Fremantle and Perth.
You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Anvil Beach and Cosy Corner Beach. Visiting Lowlands Beach and Parry Beach will get you outdoors.
