#1 of 7 in Wineries in Glamorgan-Spring Bay
Devil's Corner Cellar Door offers not only a selection of award-winning wines paired with tasty pizzas or seafood, but also an unusual and dynamic scenic lookout. One of the island's largest vineyards, this estate has won several architecture awards with its modern interpretation of a rural farm. The cellar door, the tasting area, and the lookout were designed as a series of shipping containers. The framed views from the courtyard and the open decks invite you to soak in the surrounding landscape. While there, pick up a few bottles of Austria's top pinot noir. • A decent winery with a great view. Very windy at times. The wine was great and not over the top in price. Not really a place I would go out of my way to visit again but nice all the same.
  • The pizza is the best food in the area. The view is pretty spectacular as well. There is free wine tasting, however the staff were pretty busy cleaning and dealing with other issues while doing the tastings with us. We were often left waiting around for the next wine. Or had to explain to someone new where we were up to, since they were juggling so much. It wasn't the dedicated treatment we got at other cellar doors. The wine itself is pretty dry. I thought it was pretty average considering the area we were in.
