Centennial Vineyards is located just minutes from the historic township of Bowral in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, just over an hour south of Sydney. This premium cool climate vineyard at over 760m in altitude (in winter snow is possible) ensures grapes ripen slowly with enhanced flavour and intensity. Slow ripening together with fastidious attention to viticulture and low cropping levels, results in premium quality fruit, creating wines of elegance and distinction. Built in 2001/2002, Centennial Vineyards' winery is a 'state of the art' development fitted out with all the equipment needed to create super-premium wine. The winery allows flexibility, freedom and the ability to control all phases of the winemaking process. Our vines are planted over 80 acres consisting of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Savignan, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir & Tempranillo.Take a look at our Bowral online trip itinerary planner to schedule your visit to Centennial Vineyards and learn about what else to see and do during your holiday.
Our success is due to our commitment to producing quality wines at all costs.
Centennial Vineyards Reviews
Lovely service at the cellar door. We tasted a few and walked away with two bottles of their dessert wines. They are perfect for us as they are much lighter than the stickies you often find, but still... more »
Stunning grounds and a great wine tasting experience. Maybe would be better to get more structure with the tasting and perhaps seats in main room but didn’t put us off we really enjoyed. The rose with... more »
My partner and I have been here before and loved their wines. We actually signed up for the wine club for about 18 months. I was so excited to visit again on my birthday weekend getaway. They were super busy when we first arrived. However, it took 15min for anyone to even acknowledge us when we were standing right at the front bar. I would have been more understanding of the oversight if the people standing directly next to us hadn't been approached by 3 different staff members in that time to make sure that they didn't need anything. It took ages for us to do a wine tasting, sometimes waiting another 10-15min between pourings, even though it had died down significantly by this point. When we were finally finished and ready to purchase 4 bottles we had to wait 20min for the man to finally get around to ringing us up. It was such a terrible experience. I do love their wines, but I can't see myself ever going back to their tasting room. What a disappointment and a waste of time.
Horrible service for wine tasting by the girl with brown hair with glasses. Really makes you feel uncomfortable. Wine is not too bad. Would had bought some wine if it wasnt for her...
