Hazards Beach, Coles Bay

4.3
#4 of 9 in Beaches in Glamorgan-Spring Bay
Despite a name that conjures plentiful dangers, Hazards Beach usually presents a serene seascape. The beach takes its name from the mountains backing it, which separate the Great Oyster Bay--where the beach sits--from Wineglass Bay to the east. Follow the 6.5 mi (11 km) track connecting the two bays and reward yourself with a picnic when you reach your destination. • This is a beautiful beach and is a really good sjze and clean. Ideal for families with good facilities.  more »
  • This a beautiful walk, which at times is through the bush, on the beach and then along the edge of the cliff overlooking the beach. It undulates, but doesn't involve any long climbs.  more »
