  • Coming from Sydney I am very spoiled when it comes to waterfront precincts but allowing for Darwin's size this is a very good facility. Why is there no conventional seafood restaurant?  more »

  • Beautiful place, kid friendly, perfect for a laid back Sunday. There is a free open lagoon to enjoy the weather and the older. The wave pool at a charter of 7 dollars for unlimited time is good fun for those who enjoy swimming and even people who don't know how to swim but like the water! There are a couple of restaurants nearby for a nice meal and drinks. We went to the precinct which has some very nice cocktails. Not a very extensive food menu but excellent taste.
  • Beautiful, clean, safe for families, great restaurants and lots of beautiful green space - there is nothing not to like about this area. Perfect place to stay and base yourself for holiday or work visit. There is a beach part which is for free and safe where you can enjoy.
  • I always love Darwin waterfront. There are loads of food choices. Not the best quality food. But it's a great environment and safe outing in Darwin.
  • Great place to chill relax, swim and dine. Lush green grass surrounds swimming lagoon but it is the restaurants that are a big draw card.
  • Nice layout, lots of dining options, playground fir little kids, lots of nice grass to lay down or sun bake. The wave pool is great, $18 per family. Also a free swimming area.
