Booking online is cheaper and can be done minutes before going there. The experience is awesome and lasts for around 30 minutes. If 4+ people then will be put on your own cabin, if lesser might end up sharing cabin especially when crowded. There is helpful voice assisting you through out, helping you identify landmarks and their history.
