Fantastic day. Easy to get around either part walking and then a bus or in the bus. Get there for the keeper talks for different animal, this makes the experience that much better. Great seeing the larger groups of individual species and how they interact with each other. The zoo is doing fantastic conservation/breeding work. So enjoyed today with 6mth old, 2 1/2 yr old, and three adults. Wonderful, informative volunteers made the day really special. Thank we'll be back.
Great day, though the hot summer weather has taken its toll on the landscape. The gorilla enclosure was really good, the African section with the giraffes is my favourite and the new lion viewing enclosure, where the humans are caged, is great. The baby rhino was delightful. Well done to Monarto for their work in animal conservation.
