Hart’s Farm, on Tucks Road, Shoreham, occupies 10 Hectares with Manton’s Creek flowing through. It started its working (productive) life as a dairy, and the old corrugated iron milking shed is still there, though now renovated and extended. When we bought the property in 1997, beef cattle were happily grazing on the fertile pastures. After trying our hand at continuing the tradition, first with Angus, then Dexters, we converted to growing olives. In 2000, in one weekend, with the help of friends and family, we planted 800 baby olive trees. 200 more trees followed a year or so later. In 2010 a heritage apple and pear orchard was planted with the idea of producing cider in a few years.Using our custom trip planner, Shoreham attractions like Hart's Farm can form part of a personalized travel itinerary.
There is a formal vegetable garden at the front of the property and larger vegetable beds near the apple orchard.
The Commercial Kitchen and B&B opened in July 2011.
The property is a work in progress and continues to evolve.
Come and visit us and chat to the chooks, horses, native birds and friends and our very friendly dogs – Coco, the ‘I’m so beautiful’ German Short Haired Pointer and Dudley, the very plucky Jack Russell

We were married at tucks ridge and had our wedding night at Harts Farm. I was just now reminiscing, it was such a beautiful place. Will be revisiting on our 10 yr anniversary for sure!
Fantastic place to visit, popped in on a Sunday to the Farmgate, welcomed by Graham who showed us around and let us sample some fantastic olive oil and apple cider. My 11 y.o daughter loves olives and the chance to see them in the large brine vats and taste them straight out was awesome. Graham has also puts us down for a olive picking day where you get the chance to press your own picked olives which will be fantastic. Given the enthusiasm of the owners, you can tell it really comes through in the quality of produce. Well worth a visit!
