  • Little Blue Lake was simply gorgeous. Very easy to find and spectacular colour of the water. Was easy to walk around the lake and take wonderful photos from different angles.  more »

  • One of those off the beaten track little Tasmanian treasures that if you blink you may miss, Little Blue Lake is the most astonishing teal blue. Well worth a stop if in the area.
  • A natural phenomenon resulting from the pioneering mining days of South Mount Cameron and the surrounding areas of the Far North East of Tasmania. Originally a mine hole, the lake reflects a vivid aqua blue from the minerals in its base. Follow the "Trail of the Tin Dragon" for a fascinating insight to a completely different perspective if this region!
