Camp Cove, Sydney
Widely regarded as the jewel of Sydney Harbor, Camp Cove features white sands and tranquil waters favored by swimmers, snorkelers, and divers. The beach overlooks a stretch of water facing the central business district’s skyline. There’s also a raised promenade on the beach, which offers additional vantage points ideal for watching the sunset or photographing the city. Several food kiosks operate right on the sand, but you can also visit a number of nearby restaurants, famous for their fish and chips. This area is a significant historic site, with a number of indigenous rock engravings of whales and fish. Plenty of parking is available, and rustic changing room facilities are also provided for your convenience. Took a trip here on last day of holiday with my young grandchildren idyllic setting small but very child friendly. Food and coffee from the little cafe at beach was brilliant too. Well worth a visit more »

A beautiful little cove tucked away from the tourists. Beautiful colors and easy to walk to from the ferry.
Nice beach, can get crowded and parking can sometimes be an issue. I go there to scuba dive as it is protected from most weather and makes a great night dive location.
