  • This is the state library in the heart of Sydney. It is a facility that anyone can use. Sydney's libraries are famous for being world-famous and i wanted to see them once. The interior was very large, the ceiling was high and open, and it was very beautiful. It was a wonderful library that I wished there was such a library in my town.

  • Once the location is too good. The Botanic Gardens are close by, so it's fantastic to take a walk after studying. The size of the library is really large and its own events are varied enough to be enjoyed. The archives are also plentiful and are the best place to study

  • What a delightful surprise. It's far more than just a library, but also a gallery, museum and loads and loads of history. Free guided tours are most informative. A nice cafe on the main floor , hidden away by the bookstore / gift shop, offers nice selection of warm meals, salads and snacks in a pleasant setting. The gallery is better than some fine arts Museums in world famous cities, and it has interactive displays of most art that will surely impress everyone. You can easily spend the entire day in this building. And it's all free!
  • Beautiful library and building, featuring a cafe, a small gift shop, and a galley and museum. Definitely not of the cozy variety, much more sleek and clean, but a good place to take a rest and read a book. The art collections are totally incredible. Worth a trip just for the museum-quality gallery! Loved the video exhibit featuring aboriginal elders.
