  • I am told that it is the largest collection of Contemporary Chinese Art outside China. Totally non profit - nothing for sale; it is owned by some affluent person who obviously loves the Culture. Only ...  more »
  • Thoroughly impressive art gallery in a funky neighbourhood in Sydney. Diverse pieces with a landscape theme, including a piece from Ai Weiwei. Really made me think about our impacts on the world.  more »

  • A free art gallery with 2 exhibitions a year all focused on contemporary Chinese art. Cafe does authentic handmade dumplings and serves a variety of tea for u to sit , chill, chat. Cute gift store too. I don’t know how an art gallery could be better.
  • Good food downstairs and chill environment. Pity they took offence to me trying to experience the art...was looking through the lenses of the box and was asked not to. Never touched the work, as it’s an installation I assumed some form of interaction was part of the art... seems to be it’s not... still worth a visit though as the art Is great!
  • From 5 stars down to 3. Bit too uneasy about allowing photos. I noticed some hipsters using a fancy Polaroid, where flash makes it work, being told to stop, no flash allowed. Fair enough. But then I was trying to get some 360 photos, where a half extended stick makes it work, and was told to stop. Outrageous, I know. Still good but a bit muddied.
  • It’s one of my favorite art galleries in Sydney. Can’t say I get engaged to most of the art works there, but there are always some highlights make me feel connected and inspired. Appreciate for maintaining the great exhibition quality.
  • Such an excellent gallery. And its free! They change exhibitions all the time. I cant believe that the owner has so much vision and generosity to do this and open a gallery to the public. Ive heard she is so wealthy and there are heaps of waelthy people out there doing not much
