Kick off your visit on the 4th (Thu): do a tasting at Gala Estate Vineyard, kick back and relax at Friendly Beaches, and then take in the waterfront at Coles Bay Jetty. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Seven Mile Beach and Nature & Wildlife Tours. You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Kingston Beach and Nutgrove Beach. Step out of Hobart with an excursion to Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary in Brighton--about 30 minutes away.
