Kick off your visit on the 7th (Wed): enjoy the sand and surf at Honeymoon Bay, then take in the waterfront at Coles Bay Jetty, and then kick back and relax at Wineglass Bay Lookout. Keep things going the next day: let the kids burn off some steam at Melshell Oysters, then learn about winemaking at Gala Estate Vineyard, and then kick back and relax at Friendly Beaches.

Change things up with a short trip to Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary in Brighton (about 30 minutes away).
