Overlooking one of Tasmania's most scenic strips of coastline and serving as the gateway to Freycinet National Park, Coles Bay is home to just 500 permanent residents.
You'll get in some beach time at Friendly Beaches and Honeymoon Bay. Get a sense of the local culture at Gone Rustic Studio and Gallery and Madd=Mudd Studio Gallery. Venture out of the city with trips to East Coast Natureworld (in Bicheno) and Melshell Oysters (in Swansea).
