George Town is a large town in north-east Tasmania, on the eastern bank of the mouth of the Tamar River. On the 19th (Tue), enjoy the sea views from The Low Head Lighthouse, browse the exhibits of Tamar Valley Art Shack, then look for gifts at Goaty Hill Wines, then learn about winemaking at Holm Oak Vineyards, and finally see the interesting displays at Bass & Flinders Centre.
