Exmouth

Exmouth is a town on the tip of the North West Cape in Western Australia. Start off your visit on the 6th (Mon): visit a coastal fixture at Vlamingh Head Lighthouse, enjoy the sand and surf at Bundegi Beach, and then meet some fierce fish with a shark diving experience. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: explore the gorgeous colors at Ningaloo Reef and then kick back and relax at Turquoise Bay.

You can fly from Perth to Exmouth in 5.5 hours. Other options are to do a combination of flight and car; or drive. Traveling from Perth in August, expect Exmouth to be a bit warmer, temps between 31°C and 13°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 7th (Tue) to allow enough time to travel to Geraldton.

Founded as a military outpost in 1826, Albany is the oldest town in Western Australia, just barely gaining this title by being settled two years earlier than Fremantle and Perth.
Kick off your visit on the 9th (Thu): see the interesting displays at National Anzac Centre, then take an in-depth tour of Albany's Historic Whaling Station, and then admire the striking features of The Church of Saint John the Evangelist.

While traveling from Geraldton, expect little chillier days and about the same nights in Albany, ranging from highs of 19°C to lows of 7°C. A relaxed town of tree-shaded streets and scenic coastal stretches, Broome gained renown as a center of the pearling industry in the late 19th century.
Start off your visit on the 10th (Fri): kick back and relax at Roebuck Bay, then get engrossed in the history at Broome Historical Museum, and then enjoy the sand and surf at Broome Town Beach. On the next day, browse the eclectic array of goods at Courthouse Markets, then kick back and relax at Cable Beach, then make a trip to Gantheaume Point, and finally meet the residents at Aqua Broome.
