Port Hedland is the second largest town in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, with an estimated urban population of 15,191, including the satellite town of South Hedland, 18 km away. Start off your visit on the 12th (Sun): kick back and relax at Spoil Bank and then identify plant and animal life at Cape Keraudren Nature Reserve. On the 13th (Mon), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: view the masterpieces at Port Hedland Courthouse Gallery, then see the interesting displays at Dalgety House Museum, then kick back and relax at Pretty Pool, and finally see the interesting displays at Don Rhodes Mining Museum.

Carnarvon is a coastal town situated approximately 900km north of Perth, Western Australia. On the 17th (Fri), get engrossed in the history at Carnarvon Heritage Precinct, then take an in-depth tour of Carnarvon Space and Technology Museum, then don't miss a visit to OTC Satellite Earth Station Carnarvon, and finally take in the waterfront at The Fascine.
