Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at JahRoc Galleries and Treeton Fine Wood Studio. Change things up with a short trip to Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse in Augusta (about 42 minutes away). Founded as a military outpost in 1826, Albany is the oldest town in Western Australia, just barely gaining this title by being settled two years earlier than Fremantle and Perth.
We've included these beaches for you: Cheynes Beach and Nanarup Beach. You'll explore and learn at Albany's Historic Whaling Station and National Anzac Centre. Change things up with these side-trips from Albany: Lowlands Beach (in Lowlands), Greens Pool (in Denmark) and Cosy Corner Beach (in Kronkup). There's lots more to do: pause for some photo ops at Desert Mounted Corps Memorial, stop by The Denmark Heritage Cider Company, admire the landmark architecture of The Church of Saint John the Evangelist, and explore the striking landscape at The Gap and Natural Bridge.

Esperance is a town in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia, on the Southern Ocean coastline approximately 720km east-southeast of the state capital, Perth. Step off the beaten path and head to Thistle Cove and Ten Mile Lagoon. Relax by the water at Blue Haven Beach and Salmon Beach. Spend the 21st (Thu) exploring nature at Cape Le Grand National Park.
