Queensland’s biggest town and state capital, Brisbane has an attractive, manicured image based around its riverside aesthetic as well as the contrast between its high-rise center and extensive urban greenery.
Escape the urban bustle at Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve and Kings Beach. You'll discover tucked-away gems like Scuba & Snorkeling and Museum of Brisbane. Step out of Brisbane to go to Montville and see Kondalilla Falls, which is approximately 1h 35 min away. There's much more to do: identify plant and animal life at Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, kick back and relax at Moffat Beach, and catch a live event at Suncorp Stadium.
