Lent iconic status as a result of its famous bridge and opera house, Sydney has a down-to-earth charm that enhances its spectacular setting and functional efficiency.
We've included these beaches for you: Bondi Beach and Balmoral Beach, Mosman. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Bradman Museum & International Cricket Hall of Fame and Wentworth Falls. Venture out of the city with trips to Berrima (The Bay Tree Gallery & Bendooley Estate Book Barn), Hazelbrook Cottage Antiques (in Hazelbrook) and Shelly Beach (in Manly). Spend the 2nd (Thu) exploring nature at Sydney Harbour National Park. There's still lots to do: wander the streets of The Rocks, see the interesting displays at Australian National Maritime Museum, stroll through Bondi to Coogee Beach Coastal Walk, and enjoy the sand and surf at Manly Beach.
