Visiting Bondi Beach and Terrigal Beach will get you outdoors. Visit Manly Beach and Shelly Beach for some beach relaxation. Queensland’s biggest town and state capital, Brisbane has an attractive, manicured image based around its riverside aesthetic as well as the contrast between its high-rise center and extensive urban greenery.
Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Burleigh Head National Park and Kings Beach. Get outdoors at Kirra Beach and Scuba & Snorkeling. Venture out of the city with trips to Tweed Regional Gallery & Margaret Olley Art Centre (in Murwillumbah), Maroochydore Beach (in Maroochydore) and Kondalilla Falls (in Montville).
