Overlooking one of Tasmania's most scenic strips of coastline and serving as the gateway to Freycinet National Park, Coles Bay is home to just 500 permanent residents.
Go for a jaunt from Coles Bay to Swansea to see Melshell Oysters about 46 minutes away. Spend the 16th (Tue) exploring nature at Freycinet National Park. The adventure continues: trek along Wineglass Bay Lookout, make a trip to Bicheno Blowhole, learn about winemaking at Craigie Knowe Vineyard, and get up close to creatures of the deep with a dolphin and whale watching tour.
