You'll discover tucked-away gems like Surfers Point and Bunker Bay. Brookwood Estate and Howard Park - Margaret River Winery and Cellar Door are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Explore Margaret River's surroundings by going to Sugarloaf Rock (in Cape Naturaliste), Meelup Beach (in Dunsborough) and Yallingup (Canal Rocks & Yallingup Beach). We've included these beaches for you: Anvil Beach and Lowlands Beach. Take a break from the city and head to Cosy Corner Beach and Peaceful Bay. The adventure continues: experience rural life at Denmark Animal Farm & Pentland Alpaca Stud, kick back and relax at Shelley Beach, look for all kinds of wild species at Prawn Rock Channel, and tour the pleasant surroundings at Ocean Beach.

Getting from Margaret River to Denmark by car takes about 4 hours. Other options: take a bus. Expect a daytime high around 29°C in February, and nighttime lows around 16°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 9th (Sat) to allow time to drive to Esperance.

Esperance is a town in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia, on the Southern Ocean coastline approximately 720km east-southeast of the state capital, Perth. For shopping fun, head to Cindy Poole Glass Gallery or Mermaid Leather. Step out of the city life by going to Thistle Cove and Ten Mile Lagoon. There's much more to do: kick back and relax at Hellfire Bay, stroll through Fourth Beach, make a trip to Ten Mile Lagoon Wind Farm, and steep yourself in history at Esperance Stonehenge.

Getting from Denmark to Esperance by car takes about 6 hours. Other options: do a combination of bus and flight; or take a bus. In February, plan for daily highs up to 32°C, and evening lows to 17°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 13th (Wed) so you can go by car to Kalgoorlie-Boulder.

On the 14th (Thu), steep yourself in history at Hannans North Tourist Mine, get great views at Mount Charlotte Reservoir and Lookout, see the interesting displays at Museum of the Goldfields, then admire all the interesting features of The Superpit, and finally sample the tasty concoctions at Beaten Track Brewery.

You can drive from Esperance to Kalgoorlie-Boulder in 5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus. Traveling from Esperance in February, expect nights in Kalgoorlie-Boulder to be about the same, around 20°C, while days are somewhat warmer, around 38°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 14th (Thu) so you can travel back home.
