A modern metropolis of glassy skyscrapers, waterside boulevards, and lush residential neighborhoods, Perth sits on the edge of the Swan Coastal Plain.
Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Fremantle Prison and Tyler's Vineyard. Visiting Caversham Wildlife Park and Bells Rapids Park will get you outdoors. Venture out of the city with trips to Herne Hill (Talijancich Wines, The House of Honey, & more), Fremantle Markets (in Fremantle) and Maalinup Aboriginal Gallery (in Henley Brook). And it doesn't end there: steep yourself in history at The Perth Mint, take in the architecture and atmosphere at St Matthew's Anglican Church, admire the natural beauty at Kings Park & Botanic Garden, and make a trip to St Patrick's Basilica.

For where to stay, photos, other places to visit, and tourist information, read Perth day trip website .
