Exmouth

Exmouth is a town on the tip of the North West Cape in Western Australia. On the 21st (Thu), visit a coastal fixture at Vlamingh Head Lighthouse and then get a new perspective on things with Boat Tours & Water Sports. On the 22nd (Fri), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: find your balance on the water with some of the best stand-up paddleboarding in the area and then enjoy the sand and surf at Turquoise Bay.

You can fly from Perth to Exmouth in 5.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of flight and car; or drive. Traveling from Perth in March, expect Exmouth to be a bit warmer, temps between 43°C and 26°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 22nd (Fri) so you can travel to Esperance.

Esperance is a town in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia, on the Southern Ocean coastline approximately 720km east-southeast of the state capital, Perth. Take a break from the city and head to Cape Le Grand National Park and Twilight Bay. Your itinerary includes some good beach time at Thistle Cove and Rossiter Bay. There's lots more to do: tour the pleasant surroundings at Hellfire Bay, kick back and relax at Blue Haven Beach, look for gifts at Mermaid Leather, and don't miss a visit to Esperance Whale Tail.

You can fly from Exmouth to Esperance in 6.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of flight and bus; or drive. Traveling from Exmouth in March, you will find days in Esperance are much colder (30°C), and nights are a bit cooler (17°C). Finish your sightseeing early on the 26th (Tue) to allow enough time to drive to Albany.

Albany

Founded as a military outpost in 1826, Albany is the oldest town in Western Australia, just barely gaining this title by being settled two years earlier than Fremantle and Perth.
Relax by the water at Greens Pool and Lowlands Beach. Get outdoors at Cheynes Beach and Cosy Corner Beach. There's still lots to do: kick back and relax at Little Beach, tour the pleasant surroundings at Misery Beach, and explore the striking landscape at The Gap and Natural Bridge.

Drive from Esperance to Albany in 5 hours. Alternatively, you can fly; or take a bus. In March, plan for daily highs up to 27°C, and evening lows to 15°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 29th (Fri) so you can travel back home.
