Queensland’s biggest town and state capital, Brisbane has an attractive, manicured image based around its riverside aesthetic as well as the contrast between its high-rise center and extensive urban greenery.
Do some cultural sightseeing at Queensland Museum & Sciencentre and Gallery of Modern Art. There's still lots to do: identify plant and animal life at Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, walk around South Bank Parklands, take in nature's colorful creations at Roma Street Parkland, and take in the spiritual surroundings of Nepalese Pagoda.
