Your itinerary includes some good beach time at Seven Mile Beach and Opossum Bay Beach. Explore Hobart's surroundings by going to Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary (in Brighton), Lawrenny Estate Distillery (in Ouse) and Nonesuch Distillery (in Sorell).
