Adelaide to Devonport is an approximately 5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of car and ferry; or do a combination of bus and ferry. In January, Devonport is little chillier than Adelaide - with highs of 28°C and lows of 12°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 26th (Sat) early enough to go by car to Launceston.
