Lent iconic status as a result of its famous bridge and opera house, Sydney has a down-to-earth charm that enhances its spectacular setting and functional efficiency.
Your itinerary includes some good beach time at Manly Beach and Shelly Beach. Head to The Rocks Markets and Queen Victoria Building (QVB)for some retail therapy. Dedicate the 24th (Sun) to wine at some of the top wineries in the area. Spend the 4th (Thu) exploring nature at Sydney Harbour National Park. There's still lots to do: tour the pleasant surroundings at Bondi Beach, don't miss a visit to Sydney Harbour Bridge, take a stroll through Darling Harbour, and trek along The Opera House to the Botanic Gardens Walk.
