Exmouth

Exmouth is a town on the tip of the North West Cape in Western Australia. We've included these beaches for you: Turquoise Bay and Wobiri Beach. There's still lots to do: meet some fierce fish with a shark diving experience, take in the exciting artwork at The Ningaloo Gallery, identify plant and animal life at Ningaloo Reef, and take an exotic tour of a safari tour.

Colombo, Sri Lanka to Exmouth is an approximately 22.5-hour flight. Traveling from Colombo to Exmouth, you'll lose 2 hours due to the time zone difference. A relaxed town of tree-shaded streets and scenic coastal stretches, Broome gained renown as a center of the pearling industry in the late 19th century.
Your itinerary includes some good beach time at Cable Beach and Reddell Beach. Spend the 18th (Tue) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. Esperance is a town in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia, on the Southern Ocean coastline approximately 720km east-southeast of the state capital, Perth. You'll get in some beach time at Cape Le Grand National Park and Blue Haven Beach. There's much more to do: stroll through Twilight Bay, steep yourself in history at Esperance Stonehenge, identify plant and animal life at Thistle Cove, and kick back and relax at Salmon Beach.

Fly from Broome to Esperance in 6.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of flight and car; or drive. Traveling from Broome in December, expect nights in Esperance to be colder, around 15°C, while days are slightly colder, around 30°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 22nd (Sat) to allow time to drive to Albany.

Founded as a military outpost in 1826, Albany is the oldest town in Western Australia, just barely gaining this title by being settled two years earlier than Fremantle and Perth.
Visit Greens Pool and Lowlands Beach for some beach relaxation. Explore Albany's surroundings by going to Cosy Corner Beach (in Kronkup), Cheynes Beach (in Waychinicup National Park) and Denmark (Singlefile Wines & Anvil Beach). The adventure continues: enjoy the sand and surf at Little Beach, examine the collection at National Anzac Centre, admire the striking features of The Church of Saint John the Evangelist, and stroll through Middleton Beach.
