Yamba is a town in northern New South Wales, Australia at the mouth of the Clarence River. Kids will appreciate attractions like Pippi Beach and Main Beach Yamba. Venture out of the city with trips to Razorback Lookout (in Evans Head), Iluka Rainforest Walking Track (in Iluka) and New Italy (in Woodburn). Named after Lord Byron's grandfather, Byron Bay is not only famous as the easternmost point of Australia, but even more so as one of the liveliest vacation spots in the country.
Kick off your visit on the 8th (Thu): see majestic marine mammals with a dolphin and whale watching tour, hike along Cape Byron Walking Track, and then enjoy the sea views from Cape Byron Lighthouse.
