Snaking up the side of a rounded, tree-dotted hill, Hobart sits between Tasmania’s sprawling mountains and the vast estuary of the River Derwent.
You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Tall Trees Walk and Lime Bay State Reserve. Get in touch with nature at Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary and Willow Creek Miniature Goats. Take a break from the city and head to Kirra Beach and Cape Byron Walking Track. For shopping fun, head to Robina Town Shopping Centre or Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. You'll get in some beach time at Kings Beach and Noosa Main Beach. Step off the beaten path and head to The Original Eumundi Markets and Mooloolaba Beach.
