Get some historical perspective at Peter Rowland at Rippon Lea and Immaculate Conception Catholic Church - Hawthorn. Museum-lovers will appreciate McClelland Sculpture Park & Gallery and RAAF Museum. Venture out of the city with trips to Chelsea (Chelsea Beach & Bicentennial Park), Blackburn Lake Sanctuary (in Blackburn) and Werribee (Werribee Open Range Zoo & Werribee River Park). Appreciate the collections at National Motor Museum and National Railway Museum Port Adelaide. Get outdoors at Aldinga Beach and Gorge Wildlife Park. When in Adelaide, make a side trip to see Hallett Cove Conservation Park in Hallett Cove, approximately 32 minutes away. There's lots more to do: contemplate the long history of Carrick Hill, learn more about the world around you at South Australian Museum, hike along River Torrens Linear Park Trail, and look for all kinds of wild species at Cleland Wildlife Park.
