A relaxed town of tree-shaded streets and scenic coastal stretches, Broome gained renown as a center of the pearling industry in the late 19th century.
Get a sense of the local culture at Broome Historical Museum and The Courthouse Collection. Visit Cable Beach and Broome Town Beach for some beach relaxation. Spend the 15th (Wed) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. There's still lots to do: look for all kinds of wild species at Malcolm Douglas Crocodile Park and Animal Refuge, stroll through Roebuck Bay, admire nature's wide array of creatures at Aqua Broome, and get up close to creatures of the deep with a dolphin and whale watching tour.

Geraldton is a coastal city in the Mid West region of Western Australia, located 424km north of Perth.At June 2015 Geraldton had an estimated urban population of 39,825. Start off your visit on the 18th (Sat): take in the exciting artwork at Geraldton Regional Art Gallery, then take an in-depth tour of Museum of Geraldton, then kick back and relax at Back Beach, and finally brush up on your military savvy at HMAS Sydney II Memorial. On the next day, take in nature's colorful creations at Greenough Museum & Gardens, then examine the collection at The Tin Heads, then stroll through Town Beach, and finally take in the architecture and atmosphere at St Francis Xavier Cathedral.

Exmouth

Exmouth is a town on the tip of the North West Cape in Western Australia. Get some cultural insight at Vlamingh Head Lighthouse and Potshot Memorial. Relax by the water at Turquoise Bay and Ningaloo Coast World Heritage Area. Step out of Exmouth to go to Coral Bay and see Ningaloo Marine Park, which is approximately 52 minutes away. And it doesn't end there: have unforgettable encounters with a shark diving experience, kick back and relax at Osprey Bay, see the vivid underwater world at Ningaloo Reef, and explore the galleries of The Ningaloo Gallery.

Esperance is a town in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia, on the Southern Ocean coastline approximately 720km east-southeast of the state capital, Perth. You'll get in some beach time at Cape Le Grand National Park and Thistle Cove. Get some cultural insight at Cindy Poole Glass Gallery and Esperance Stonehenge. There's still lots to do: stroll through Twilight Bay, cruise along Great Ocean Drive, enjoy the sand and surf at Lucky Bay, and don't miss a visit to Esperance Whale Tail.

Fly from Exmouth to Esperance in 6.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of flight and bus; or drive. Prepare for a bit cooler weather when traveling from Exmouth in May: high temperatures in Esperance hover around 67°F and lows are around 50°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 26th (Sun) to allow enough time to drive to Albany.

Founded as a military outpost in 1826, Albany is the oldest town in Western Australia, just barely gaining this title by being settled two years earlier than Fremantle and Perth.
You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Greens Pool and Emu Point. Get outdoors at Little Beach and Middleton Beach. Change things up with a short trip to Rising Star Winery in Denmark (about 54 minutes away). And it doesn't end there: examine the collection at National Anzac Centre, take an in-depth tour of Albany's Historic Whaling Station, admire the landmark architecture of The Church of Saint John the Evangelist, and stroll through Cable Beach.

A low-rise, laid-back town of approximately 4,500 inhabitants, Margaret River serves as an ideal local base to explore the surrounding wine region.
Visit Meelup Beach and Hamelin Bay for some beach relaxation. Visiting Lake Cave and Jewel Cave will get you outdoors. Explore Margaret River's surroundings by going to Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse (in Augusta) and Busselton Jetty (in Busselton). Spend the 31st (Fri) on a tasty journey with a beer tour and tasting. And it doesn't end there: let your taste buds guide you at a local gastronomic tour, kick back and relax at Surfers Point, and do a tasting at Howard Park - Margaret River Winery and Cellar Door.
