Adelaide exists contentedly as a cultured, diverse, and attractive city with a laid-back center, leafy residential districts, and an underlying cosmopolitan atmosphere.
Step off the beaten path and head to Maslin Beach and Kalleske Wines. Visit Langmeil Winery and St Peter's Cathedral for their historical value. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Adelaide: Shaw & Smith (in Balhannah), Gorge Wildlife Park (in Cudlee Creek) and Tanunda (Chateau Tanunda, Rockford Winery, & more). Dedicate the 25th (Wed) to wine at some of the top wineries in the area. On the 28th (Sat), give your taste buds a day to remember with a local gastronomic tour. The adventure continues: get your bearings at State Library of South Australia, kick back and relax at Henley Beach, steep yourself in history at Carrick Hill, and cross one thing off your bucket list with a skydiving experience.
