Esperance is a town in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia, on the Southern Ocean coastline approximately 720km east-southeast of the state capital, Perth. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Lucky Bay and Twilight Bay. And it doesn't end there: take a memorable drive along Great Ocean Drive, tour the pleasant surroundings at West Beach, kick back and relax at Hellfire Bay, and identify plant and animal life at Thistle Cove.

Founded as a military outpost in 1826, Albany is the oldest town in Western Australia, just barely gaining this title by being settled two years earlier than Fremantle and Perth.
Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Little Beach and Emu Point. Venture out of the city with trips to Lowlands Beach (in Lowlands) and Denmark (Elephant Rocks, Moombaki Wines, & more). The adventure continues: enjoy the sand and surf at Middleton Beach, take in the pleasant sights at Valley of the Giants, tour the pleasant surroundings at Misery Beach, and steep yourself in history at Princess Royal Fortress.
