Overlooking scenic Georges Bay, St Helens is the largest town on the northeast coast of Tasmania, ranking among Australia's top destinations for recreational game fishing.
On the 6th (Fri), do a tasting at Priory Ridge, enjoy the sand and surf at Bay of Fires Conservation Area, then look for gifts at The Shop in the Bush, then take in the dramatic scenery at St Columba Waterfall, and finally see what you can catch with a fishing tour.
