Adelaide exists contentedly as a cultured, diverse, and attractive city with a laid-back center, leafy residential districts, and an underlying cosmopolitan atmosphere.
You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Carrickalinga Beach and Horseshoe Bay. Your cultural itinerary includes sights like Art Gallery of South Australia and Adelaide Oval. Change things up with these side-trips from Adelaide: Maslin Beach (in Maslin Beach), K1 by Geoff Hardy (in Kuitpo) and McLaren Flat (Gemtree Wines, Graham Stevens Wines, & more). Dedicate the 5th (Fri) to wine at some of the top wineries in the area. There's much more to do: look for all kinds of wild species at Cleland Wildlife Park, tour the pleasant surroundings at Blowhole Beach, get engrossed in the history at South Australian Museum, and learn about winemaking at Murray Street Vineyards.

To see other places to visit, maps, traveler tips, and tourist information, go to the Adelaide journey maker tool .

Expect a daytime high around 30°C in March, and nighttime lows around 18°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 22nd (Wed) so you can travel back home.
