Denham

Denham ©
Denham is the administrative town for the Shire of Shark Bay, Western Australia. Your itinerary includes some good beach time at Shark Bay and Shell Beach. Change things up with these side-trips from Denham: Carnarvon (Carnarvon Heritage Precinct, The Fascine, & more). Spend the 13th (Tue) exploring nature at Francois Peron National Park. Exmouth

Exmouth is a town on the tip of the North West Cape in Western Australia. You'll get in some beach time at Turquoise Bay and Town Beach. When in Exmouth, make a side trip to see Mackerel Islands in Thevenard Island, approximately 1h 40 min away. Spend the 21st (Wed) exploring nature at Mandu Mandu Gorge. There's much more to do: meet some fierce fish with a shark diving experience, identify plant and animal life at Ningaloo Reef, enjoy the sea views from Vlamingh Head Lighthouse, and cruise along Cape Range National Park.
