Adelaide to Launceston is an approximately 6.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and bus; or do a combination of car and ferry. Traveling from Adelaide in December, things will get slightly colder in Launceston: highs are around 25°C and lows about 10°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 29th (Sat) to allow enough time to travel to St Helens.
