The smallest of Australia’s state capitals, Darwin has nevertheless become an attractive and important urban center, being simultaneously one of the country’s most modernized cities and a gateway to both the Top End region and South East Asia.
Appreciate the collections at Museum & Art Gallery of the Northern Territory and Defence of Darwin Experience. Get in touch with nature at Mindil Beach and Nature & Wildlife Tours. Explore Darwin's surroundings by going to Batchelor (Litchfield National Park, Batchelor Butterfly Farm and Pet Garden, & more), Humpty Doo (Fogg Dam Conservation Reserve & Didgeridoo Hut & Art Gallery) and Litchfield National Park (Florence Falls, Buley Rockhole, & more).
