Bathurst is a regional city in the Central Tablelands of New South Wales, Australia. Step out of the city life by going to Glow Worm Tunnel and Lake Wallace. Get out of town with these interesting Bathurst side-trips: Mayfield Garden (in Oberon), Cowra Japanese Garden (in Cowra) and Turon National Park (in Capertee). There's much more to do: contemplate the long history of Blackfellows Hand Cave, indulge your senses at some of the top wineries in the area, do a tasting at Sassy Wines, and stroll through Machattie Park.

Located off of the Great Western Highway, Katoomba is the main hub of the City of Blue Mountains.
Get in touch with nature at Wentworth Falls and The Three Sisters. Venture out of the city with trips to Jenolan Caves (in Jenolan Caves), Norman Lindsay Gallery & Museum (in Faulconbridge) and Blue Mountains National Park Glenbrook (in Glenbrook). On the 24th (Sun), dedicate a day to the elevated beauty of Perry's Lookdown. Spend the 25th (Mon) exploring nature at Kanangra-Boyd National Park. Next up on the itinerary: take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Blue Mountains, make a trip to Echo Point Lookout, scramble along the landscape with a canyoning and rapelling tour, and hike along Prince Henry Cliff Walk.

Richmond is a town in New South Wales, in the local government area of the City of Hawkesbury. Visiting Convict Trail and Yarramundi Reseve will get you outdoors. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Richmond: Watkins Orchard (in Wisemans Ferry), Ebenezer Church (in Ebenezer) and Penrith (Museum of Fire & iFLY Downunder).
