Esperance is a town in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia, on the Southern Ocean coastline approximately 720km east-southeast of the state capital, Perth. Shop till you drop at Mermaid Leather and Cindy Poole Glass Gallery. You'll get in some beach time at Cape Le Grand National Park and Twilight Bay. Spend the 24th (Fri) exploring nature at Cape Arid National Park. Founded as a military outpost in 1826, Albany is the oldest town in Western Australia, just barely gaining this title by being settled two years earlier than Fremantle and Perth.
Get outdoors at Greens Pool and Middleton Beach. Do your shopping at The Denmark Heritage Cider Company and Denmark RIverfront Gallery. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Albany: Nanarup Beach (in Nanarup), Bluff Knoll (in Stirling Range National Park) and Waychinicup National Park (in Cheynes). Spend the 31st (Fri) observing fascinating marine mammals with a dolphin and whale watching tour. Margaret River

A low-rise, laid-back town of approximately 4,500 inhabitants, Margaret River serves as an ideal local base to explore the surrounding wine region.
Shop till you drop at Gabriel Chocolate and @ The Shed. We've included these beaches for you: Meelup Beach and Yallingup Beach. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Margaret River: Dunsborough (Christian Fletcher Gallery & Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse), Augusta (Jewel Cave, Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse, & more) and Cowaramup Bay (in Gracetown).
