Esperance is a town in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia, on the Southern Ocean coastline approximately 720km east-southeast of the state capital, Perth. Get in touch with nature at Thistle Cove and Twilight Bay. Your itinerary includes some good beach time at Cape Le Grand National Park and Hellfire Bay. Spend the 20th (Tue) exploring nature at Stokes National Park. The adventure continues: kick back and relax at Lucky Bay, view the masterpieces at Section Glass Gallery, stroll through Bandy Creek, and take in the pleasant sights at The Esplanade.

Founded as a military outpost in 1826, Albany is the oldest town in Western Australia, just barely gaining this title by being settled two years earlier than Fremantle and Perth.
You'll get in some beach time at Greens Pool and Cheynes Beach. For shopping fun, head to South Coast WoodWorks Gallery or Albany Town Hall. Explore Albany's surroundings by going to Bluff Knoll (in Stirling Range National Park), Lowlands Beach (in Lowlands) and Cosy Corner Beach (in Kronkup). Spend the 26th (Mon) exploring nature at Torndirrup National Park. There's lots more to do: examine the collection at National Anzac Centre, enjoy the sand and surf at Nanarup Beach, stroll through Middleton Beach, and take an in-depth tour of Albany's Historic Whaling Station.

Expect slightly colder weather when traveling from Esperance in November: highs in Albany hover around 25°C, while lows dip to 12°C. Margaret River

A low-rise, laid-back town of approximately 4,500 inhabitants, Margaret River serves as an ideal local base to explore the surrounding wine region.
For shopping fun, head to Margaret River Chocolate Company or Margaret River Farmers Market. You'll get in some beach time at Meelup Beach and Smiths Beach. Venture out of the city with trips to Busselton Jetty (in Busselton), Yallingup (Injidup Beach, Ngilgi Cave, & more) and Bunker Bay (in Cape Naturaliste). Spend the 29th (Thu) on a tasty journey with a beer tour and tasting. And it doesn't end there: Head underground at Lake Cave, let your taste buds guide you at a local gastronomic tour, kick back and relax at Hamelin Bay, and explore the striking landscape at Jewel Cave.
