Port Adelaide is the name of a region of Adelaide, approximately 14km northwest of the Adelaide CBD. Visit Henley Beach and Semaphore Beach for some beach relaxation. Explore Port Adelaide's surroundings by going to Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard (in Lenswood), Lobethal Road Wines (in Mount Torrens) and Gorge Wildlife Park (in Cudlee Creek). There's lots more to do: take an in-depth tour of National Railway Museum Port Adelaide, make a trip to Semaphore Jetty, explore the galleries of ASSP Gallery Shop, and examine the collection at South Australian Maritime Museum.

If you are flying in from India, the closest major airport is Adelaide International Airport. In July, daytime highs in Port Adelaide are 17°C, while nighttime lows are 8°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 10th (Wed) early enough to travel back home.
